What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via credit cards and Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can pay with any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as a Paypal guest.

What are the shipping costs? How long does a delivery take?
Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. The day of your order is not considered the first business day.
Domestic shipping to a pick-up location (epost): up to 5 business days – 12 NIS
Shipped as epost and arrives at various pick-up locations. You will receive an SMS message and an email once your package was collected with a tracking number which will allow you to check the status of your order (here). You will receive another text message when your package has arrived to the pick-up location. In some cases, your package will be shipped to a nearby location. This will be decided by the delivery company based on traffic and space. (you will get a notification from where to pick it up)
Domestic shipping to your doorstep: up to 3 business days – 25 NIS
Shipped via a delivery company and arrives at your home. You will receive an SMS message and an email once your package was collected and another to notify you that the courier is on the way. The courier will call you to make sure you are home to accept the package.

* Ceramics will be shipped at 35 NIS.
Worldwide standard shipping: up to 10 business days – 5 USD
(Australia and Hong Kong up to 14 business days)
Worldwide express shipping : up to 4 business days – 39 USD
Please note that there are some issues beyond our control, such as shipping times during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are doing our best to deliver your products within the written timeframe, please bear with us.
* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Aravrit is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/text message with a tracking number.
A note on International orders:
Once the packages leaves Israel, the order status may not update but no worries, the package is still on its way.
Sometimes, we are unable to receive further details about the package after its departure from Israel. Therefore, in the case of delays we invite you to use the tracking number you have received and seek more information at your local post office.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Aravrit purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges, but we will do our best.
How does it work?
Contact us at: hello@aravrit.com. Please include the confirmation email from your original order, note the reason of return and the new size or new item desired. We will send you an email to approve the return with the address to send the items to. Once we receive back your goods, your new item(s) will be shipped within 2-4 business days.
Who is paying for the shipping?
In case you changed your mind about the style or the size was wrong, the shipping costs and the difference in the prices (if there is) will be your responsibility. In case we made a mistake (we are humans!) or the item has a production problem the shipping costs are covered by us (both the way back to us and the new delivery to you). The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
